The closest location for conference attendees to stay is either the Holiday Inn University of Memphis or Fogelman Executive Center which is conveniently located on campus and is a staircase away from the Musculoskeletal New Ventures Forum. Rooms are available for attendees. Please mention "Musculoskeletal New Ventures Conference” when booking your room.

Shuttle Service

Musculoskeletal Mixer – Monday, October 25th
6:30pm - Shuttle will pick up at Holiday Inn- University of Memphis
and take passengers to The Westin Beale Street Hotel
8:15 and 9:00pm - Shuttle will take passengers back to Holiday Inn

MNVC – Tuesday, October 26th and Wednesday, October 27th
7:15am – Shuttle will pick up from The Westin and take passengers to the
FedEx Institute of Technology

Riverside Reception – Tuesday, October 26th
5:30pm – Shuttle will pick up passengers at the FedEx Institute of Technology
and take passengers to Opus @ FedEx Forum
8:30 and 9:30pm – Shuttle will return passengers to the Holiday Inn - U of M & FedEx Institute

Airport – Wednesday, October 27th
12:45pm - Shuttle will take passengers to Memphis International Airport

MERI – If you signed up to tour MERI, the shuttle will leave at 1:00pm.
